    Dave regularly speaks on radio, gives talks and MCs events. Activities have included interviewing politicians and visiting authors, hosting quizzes and fundraisers, moderating and participating in debates, hosting award ceremonies and presenting concerts.

    Dave has facilitated political meetings at both national and local body level. He has also taken part as quizmaster and in debates in various fundraising ventures.

    Dave was commissioned by Te Papa to write a story for their children’s story collection The Curioseum.

    Dave chose an object from the museum – a .303 rifle with a mirror for seeing over the trench and wrote a story set in World War One around it. You can listen to Dave reading the story here.
